Ingredients
- 2 pounds cauliflower, small florets
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 bunches green onions,sliced.1and1/2 cups
- 6 slices bacon,cooked,crumbled
- 1 clove garlic,chopped
- - salt,pepper to taste
How To Make loaded cauliflower cassorole

Step 1Steam cauliflower til tender, 5 minutes

Step 2Cream 6oz of cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese,cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir in green onions,garlic,and bacon.Set aside.

Step 3Drain cauliflower and add to cheese mixture. Stir well.

Step 4Pour into a greased 2 to 3 quart casserole dish and spread on rest of cheddar cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 5Remove foil and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.
