Ingredients For loaded cauliflower cassorole

2 lbcauliflower, small florets

8 ozshredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 ozshredded monterey jack cheese

8 ozcream cheese, softened

4 Tbspheavy cream
-
2 bunchgreen onions,sliced.1and1/2 cups

6 slicebacon,cooked,crumbled

1 clovegarlic,chopped

salt,pepper to taste
How To Make loaded cauliflower cassorole

1Steam cauliflower til tender, 5 minutes

2Cream 6oz of cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese,cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir in green onions,garlic,and bacon.Set aside.

3Drain cauliflower and add to cheese mixture. Stir well.

4Pour into a greased 2 to 3 quart casserole dish and spread on rest of cheddar cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

5Remove foil and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.
