Ingredients For loaded cauliflower cassorole

  • 2 lb
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 8 oz
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 2 bunch
    green onions,sliced.1and1/2 cups
  • 6 slice
    bacon,cooked,crumbled
  • 1 clove
    garlic,chopped
  • salt,pepper to taste

How To Make loaded cauliflower cassorole

    Steam cauliflower til tender, 5 minutes
  • 2
    Cream 6oz of cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese,cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir in green onions,garlic,and bacon.Set aside.

    Drain cauliflower and add to cheese mixture. Stir well.

    Pour into a greased 2 to 3 quart casserole dish and spread on rest of cheddar cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.
