kris's corn pudding

This is my daughter-n-law's recipe,she says she's been making it for a long time and doesn't remember where the original recipe came from.She thinks it was her Mother's recipe,any way it is delicious.She makes it often,it has become a favorite in our family as well. Sometimes she uses fresh corn and ad cream corn it's great too.

Ingredients

  • - 1 small can whole kernel corn
  • - 1 small can cream corn
  • - 1 tablespoon sugar
  • - 2 eggs,separated
  • - 2 tablespoons flour
  • - 2 tablespoons butter
  • - 3/4 c milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make kris's corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Separate eggs,beat egg whites till stiff.Mix remaining ingredients together.Fold in whites.Pour into greased baking dish.Bake 350 deg. about an hour.
