Whats not to like about a sweet corn pudding? There are many variations to this dish and here is mine. I am sure someone out there may make it the same way I don't lay claims to the recipe just claims to how I make my family favorite for special occasions and holiday meals. I made mine with garden fresh sweet corn we grew and cut off the cobb

Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet corn removed from the cobb
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make jamie's corn pudding

Step 1Let butter be at room temperture add all the ingredients in large mixing bowl. With a hand mixer or stand mixer blend till flour is blended in well to the mixture.

Step 2Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and bake in a 350 oven about 45 minutes. Check at 45 min. see if set and no longer liquid if needed let cook another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
