- 1-16 oz. - jar sliced pickled jalapeno peppers, drained. use "tame" jalapenos for those who can't take the heat)!)
- 1 small can green chiles
- 6-8 medium - eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups cups (-or more!) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make jalapeno pie

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with oil.

Step 2Beat eggs. Reserve about 1 cup of cheese for topping. Stir all ingredients together and pour into oiled dish.

Step 3bake, uncovered for 20 min. or until center is firm.
