Quick and easy, i usually make this for a church potluck cause i have the ingredients on hand and it's.....yes....easy. and goooooood.

Ingredients

2 cans large cans, drained, crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crushed ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

How To Make hot pineapple casserole

Step 1

Mix flour with sugar and pour over pineapple which has been put into greased, glass baking dish.

Step 2

Sprinkle cheese over the top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, then pour the melted butter over all.
Step 3

Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
