- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 cup honey
- CORNBREAD CASSEROLE
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn,drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1 package dry cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese,freshly shredded

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Whisk margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

Step 3Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.Add crumbled blue cheese.

Step 4In a medium bowl,combine cream corn,whole kernel corn,eggs,honey margarine,dry cornbread mix and sour cream;stir well for 5 minutes.

Step 5Pour the batter into an prepared baking pan.Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
