Simple and easy recipe to make. Definite crowd pleaser. You can substitute the type of noodle you use (I've used penne, rotini, shells) and also the type of shredded cheese if you wish (although a mixed blend works best).

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
elbow macaroni
1/2 box
velveeta cheese
2 c
milk
1 pkg
mixed blend shredded cheese
1 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Boil macaroni (10-15 minutes). Preheat oven to 350.
2Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes. Combine with milk & pepper.
3Heat on medium in a saucepan. Stir frequently until melted.
4In 9x14 baking dish, pour macaroni and mixture of melted cheese. Top with mixed blend shredded cheese.
5Place in oven. Bake until cheese is melted (typically for around 20-25 minutes). Let stand and serve.
