Simple and easy recipe to make. Definite crowd pleaser. You can substitute the type of noodle you use (I've used penne, rotini, shells) and also the type of shredded cheese if you wish (although a mixed blend works best).

- 1 1/2 pounds elbow macaroni
- 1/2 box velveeta cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package mixed blend shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make homemade mac 'n cheese

Step 1Boil macaroni (10-15 minutes). Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes. Combine with milk & pepper.

Step 3Heat on medium in a saucepan. Stir frequently until melted.

Step 4In 9x14 baking dish, pour macaroni and mixture of melted cheese. Top with mixed blend shredded cheese.

Step 5Place in oven. Bake until cheese is melted (typically for around 20-25 minutes). Let stand and serve.
