My mom made this every Thanksgiving and soon we were having it every holiday (Christmas and Easter too). I have never found anyone who has not liked this reciped.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
eight ounce corn
1 c
sour cream (fat free does not work)
2 Tbsp
flour
6 slice
bacon
4 Tbsp
chopped onion

How to Make Holiday Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Fry the bacon to desired state and crumble
  • 2Keep the bacon grease and cook onion in the bacon grease until soft, blend in the flour
  • 3Add sour cream gradually and stir until smooth, bring to a boil and add the corn
  • 4Cook till heated through and fold in bacon
  • 5Pour in baking dish and Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until bubbly

    Top with parsley (optional)
