My mom made this every Thanksgiving and soon we were having it every holiday (Christmas and Easter too). I have never found anyone who has not liked this reciped.

Ingredients
- 2 cans eight ounce corn
- 1 cup sour cream (fat free does not work)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
How To Make holiday corn casserole

Step 1Fry the bacon to desired state and crumble

Step 2Keep the bacon grease and cook onion in the bacon grease until soft, blend in the flour

Step 3Add sour cream gradually and stir until smooth, bring to a boil and add the corn

Step 4Cook till heated through and fold in bacon

Step 5Pour in baking dish and Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until bubbly Top with parsley (optional)
