Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup green pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 can 20 ounces pineapple chunks, reserve juice
- 1 package wieners, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cans 1 pound each, baked beans, drained
How To Make hawaiian baked beans with wieners

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Set juice aside for now.

Step 2In large skillet saute onion, green pepper, pineapple and wieners in olive oil until peppers and onions are softened and pineapple and wieners begin to brown slightly. Add reserved pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and ketchup. Stir to combine well. Heat until mixture begins to bubble.

Step 3Place drained beans in a 2 quart casserole. Pour vegetable/wiener mixture into casserole with beans. Stir well to combine.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven 30-45 minutes. ENJOY!
