Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked white rice
- 1 pint sour cream (i use fat free)
- 8 - 10 ounces package of cubed or shredded monterey jack cheese
- 4 ounces can green chilies
- - salt and pepper
How To Make green chili rice casserole

Step 1Place ingredients in buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees, covered.
