My Grandma was a great cook. We would look forward to this dish at Easter served with ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (20 oz.) each crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 4 - eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

How To Make grandma's baked pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all together in a two quart casserole dish and bake a 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
