My Grandma was a great cook. We would look forward to this dish at Easter served with ham.

    corn starch

    eggs slightly beaten

    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Grandma's Baked Pineapple Casserole


  1. Mix all together in a two quart casserole dish and bake a 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
