Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1/2 large bag tater tots
- scallions, minced (optional)
- paprika for garnish
- cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

How To Make golden tater tot casserole

Step 1

preheat oven to 375.

Step 2

press ground beef into bottom of 8x10 inch baking dish. pour soup over ground beef. top with scallions, if desired.
Step 3

place tater tots on top of soup. cook for 45 minutes at 375, until beef is cooked and tots are crispy golden brown.
Step 4

sprinkle cheese on top if desired and bake until melted. sprinkle paprika on the top before serving.
