Love this recipe it taste like stuffed artichokes and my Father loved them. When he wanted some and they were not in season this is what he would ask for. Enjoy. Love you Daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts (in water)
- 2 cans french style green beans
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)

How To Make gin's artichoke casserole

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Step 2Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.

Step 3Add green beans and one can of juice.

Step 4Add artichokes (chopped) and drained, simmer 5 to 10 minutes, add cheese and bread crumbs, mix well.

Step 5Put all ingredients in a oblong casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered.
