Love this recipe it taste like stuffed artichokes and my Father loved them. When he wanted some and they were not in season this is what he would ask for. Enjoy. Love you Daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    artichoke hearts (in water)
  • 2 can(s)
    french style green beans
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    romano cheese, grated
  • 1 small
    onion (chopped)
  • 2 clove
    garlic (chopped)

How to Make Gin's Artichoke Casserole


  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add green beans and one can of juice.
  4. Add artichokes (chopped) and drained, simmer 5 to 10 minutes, add cheese and bread crumbs, mix well.
  5. Put all ingredients in a oblong casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered.
