Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese,divided
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 1 bottle garlic parmesan sauce
- 8 medium russet potatoes
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make garlic parmesan scalloped potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a shallow 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.Add 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

Step 3Heat garlic butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Combine heavy cream,half and half,cream cheese,garlic parmesan sauce and remaining shredded parmesan cheese;stir well;let it simmer for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Step 4Remove from heat.Cool for 10 minutes.

Step 5Peel and thick sliced the potatoes;pat dry with paper towel.Season with garlic powder.

Step 6Layer half the potatoes in prepared baking dish;top with half the cream mixture and half the cheeses.Repeat layers.

Step 7Bake,covered,at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Uncover and continue baking until potatoes are tender,20 to 25 minutes longer.

Step 8Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
