Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cracker barrel cheese shredded
- 2 - eggs lightly beaten
- - milk or cream
- 4 cups boiling water
How To Make garlic cheese grits

Step 1Bring water and salt to a boil and slowly stir in grits. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter, cheese, and garlic powder. Place eggs in measuring cup and add milk or cream to make one cup. Add to grits mixture and stir to combine. Pour into fairly deep greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 for one hour.
