I've been making this casserole since the 80's. Amazingly enough, even the kids would ask for it! And it always goes over well at our potlucks, too!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli, 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cut green beans
- 1 16 oz cans marinara sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
How To Make cheesy garden casserole

Step 1Cook veggies in simmering salted water until tender, 5-7 minutes; drain.

Step 2Place cooked rice in bottom of sprayed 9X13 baking dish.

Step 3Place vegetables over rice. Cover with marinara sauce. Cover with foil and bake 375°F 30 minutes.

Step 4Combine cheeses, spread over top. Place back in oven for 5 - 8 minutes or so, until cheese has melted.
