Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz.) ziti pasta
- 2 cans (10 oz. ea.) refrigerated alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 3/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
How To Make four cheese baked ziti

Step 1Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and return to the pan.

Step 2Stir in Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Spoon half of this mixture into a lightly greased 3-qt. baking dish.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the Romano cheese and parsley; spread over pasta. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.

Step 4Cover and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Step 5Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes more or untl bubbly. Serve immediately.
