(16 oz.) ziti pasta
2 can(s)
(10 oz. ea.) refrigerated alfredo sauce
8 oz
sour cream
2
eggs, slightly beaten
15 oz
ricotta cheese
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 c
grated romano cheese
1/4 c
minced fresh parsley
1 3/4 c
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

How to Make FOUR CHEESE BAKED ZITI

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and return to the pan.
  • 2Stir in Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Spoon half of this mixture into a lightly greased 3-qt. baking dish.
  • 3In a small bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the Romano cheese and parsley; spread over pasta. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  • 4Cover and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  • 5Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes more or untl bubbly. Serve immediately.
