Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz.) ziti pasta
  • 2 cans (10 oz. ea.) refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

How To Make four cheese baked ziti

  • Step 1
    Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and return to the pan.
  • Step 2
    Stir in Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Spoon half of this mixture into a lightly greased 3-qt. baking dish.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the Romano cheese and parsley; spread over pasta. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  • Step 4
    Cover and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  • Step 5
    Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes more or untl bubbly. Serve immediately.
