Escalloped Cabbage w/Cornflake Topping

2 ccrushed cornflakes
1/4 cbutter, melted
1 pkg10-oz pkg. shredded "angel hair" cabbage
1 largesweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 can(s)10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Escalloped Cabbage w/Cornflake Topping
- Stir cereal and butter together and spoon half of this mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Top with cabbage and onion.
- Mix together the milk, mayo and soup; pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cereal mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
