Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package 10-oz pkg. shredded "angel hair" cabbage
- 1 large sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can 10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make escalloped cabbage w/cornflake topping

Step 1Stir cereal and butter together and spoon half of this mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Top with cabbage and onion.

Step 2Mix together the milk, mayo and soup; pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cereal mixture.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
