Very easy and tasty. To reduce carbs, rinse English peas with cold water and replace butter crackers with a sleeve of saltines. Can also add a small can of drained mushrooms for more flavor.

How To Make english pea casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peas, pimientos, and celery soup.

2Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, cover with cheese.

3Mix melted butter and crushed crackers. Spread over top.
