Very easy and tasty. To reduce carbs, rinse English peas with cold water and replace butter crackers with a sleeve of saltines. Can also add a small can of drained mushrooms for more flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can english peas with pearl onions, drained
  • 1 jar small drained pimientos
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package butter crakers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

How To Make english pea casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peas, pimientos, and celery soup.
  • Step 2
    Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, cover with cheese.
  • Step 3
    Mix melted butter and crushed crackers. Spread over top.
  • Step 4
    Bake until bubbly. About 30 minutes
