Very easy and tasty. To reduce carbs, rinse English peas with cold water and replace butter crackers with a sleeve of saltines. Can also add a small can of drained mushrooms for more flavor.

- 1 can english peas with pearl onions, drained
- 1 jar small drained pimientos
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package butter crakers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make english pea casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peas, pimientos, and celery soup.

Step 2Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, cover with cheese.

Step 3Mix melted butter and crushed crackers. Spread over top.
