Very easy and tasty. To reduce carbs, rinse English peas with cold water and replace butter crackers with a sleeve of saltines. Can also add a small can of drained mushrooms for more flavor.

    english peas with pearl onions, drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    small drained pimientos
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    butter crakers, crushed
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted

How to Make English Pea Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peas, pimientos, and celery soup.
  2. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, cover with cheese.
  3. Mix melted butter and crushed crackers. Spread over top.
  4. Bake until bubbly. About 30 minutes
