I wrote this recipe down when I was in NC visiting in July of 2022. I don't know where it came from, and I altered it to my personal taste, so can you!

Ingredients

16 ounces can corn
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/3 cup diced celery (omit)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup onion (double)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup cheese, cut in small pieces (recipe said american, but use whatever cheese you like)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten

How To Make elegant corn

Step 1

Combine all well. Pour in greased casserole.

Step 2

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 50 min.
