    (8 ounces) whole kernel corn, 1 can drained
  • 1 pkg
    (8-1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix, dry
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Easy Corn Pudding


  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 X 9 inch casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 -50 minutes, or until center is set.
