  • 2 cans (8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8-1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix, dry
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make easy corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 X 9 inch casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 -50 minutes, or until center is set.
