This is my Louisiana-native grandmothers artichoke casserole. Artichoke lovers ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 - large can french style green beans
  • 2 - regular size cans chopped artichoke hearts, drain liquid.
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated romano and parmesan
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy artichoke casserole

  • Step 1
    Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Add green beans with liquid and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add artichoke hearts and cook for 5 more minutes mixing well.
  • Step 4
    Add bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in a covered casserole and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
