Grandma Ashcraft's recipe. Grandma Ashcraft had the last family gathering at her home my senior year in High School. She passed on this recipe to me. That Thankgiving she taught me how to cook dressing. I have carried memories of that special time for 40 years.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 - pan cornbread
- 1 - pan biscuits
- 7 - eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 - eggs raw
- 1-1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme, leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, cooked
How To Make dressing

Step 1Put onion in pan with enough water to cover onion and cook until tender. Mix crumbled breads, chicken broth, eggs, spices, onion and onion water.

Step 2Pour into a greased pan. Pour melted butter on top.

Step 3Bake at 425 degrees until brown and firm.
