A friend brought me these when we had them over for dinner a few years ago. I was sceptical at first, but after tasting them I changed my mind. They really are good.

Ingredients
- - 6 cups day- old bread, coarsly chopped
- - 1 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- - 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- - 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- - 1 1/2 cups melted butter
- - 1 tsp. sage or italian seasoning
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - 1/2 tsp. pepper
How To Make dressing balls

Step 1Heat butter and saute onion. Combine remaining ingredients.

Step 2Pour butter mixture over all and mix well.

Step 3Shape into balls ( golf ball size) with hands and press together well.

Step 4Place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
