A friend brought me these when we had them over for dinner a few years ago. I was sceptical at first, but after tasting them I changed my mind. They really are good.

Ingredients

  • - 6 cups day- old bread, coarsly chopped
  • - 1 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • - 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • - 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • - 1 1/2 cups melted butter
  • - 1 tsp. sage or italian seasoning
  • - 1 tsp. salt
  • - 1/2 tsp. pepper

How To Make dressing balls

  • Step 1
    Heat butter and saute onion. Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Pour butter mixture over all and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Shape into balls ( golf ball size) with hands and press together well.
  • Step 4
    Place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
