Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 oz)
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese - your choice
- 1 can Fench fried onions, divided
How To Make crunchy french fried onion topped corn casserole

Step 1Prepare a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Step 2In a bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, and eggs until well mixed.

Step 3Add drained corn, muffin mix, cheese, and 2/3 cups of the onions.

Step 4Add the corn mixture to the casserole dish.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until heated through.

Step 6Scatter remaining French fried onions over the top of the casserole and bake an additional 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.
