1 cancream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1/2 cmilk

2eggs, slightly beaten

1 canwhole kernel corn, drained (15 oz)

1 boxJiffy corn muffin mix

1/4 csharp cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese - your choice

1 canFench fried onions, divided
How To Make crunchy french fried onion topped corn casserole

1Prepare a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

2In a bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, and eggs until well mixed.

3Add drained corn, muffin mix, cheese, and 2/3 cups of the onions.

4Add the corn mixture to the casserole dish.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until heated through.

6Scatter remaining French fried onions over the top of the casserole and bake an additional 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.
