This came from a family friend. She collected it from a Jiffy Cornbread Box. Our family loves it for Thankgiving, but it is good for anytime.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cornbread mix
- 1 - egg
- 1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
- 15 ounces creamed corn
- 15 ounces corn nibblets
How To Make creamed corn pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 2 quart baking dish. (I use a round casserole dish.)

Step 2In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour mix in dish.

Step 3Bake for 1 hour. (I bake it with a lid for 45 mins, then without for 15 mins.) Remove from oven, and serve hot/warm. Enjoy!
