My aunts, Sylvia and Lucy, gave me this fabulous kugel recipe. It is a creamy, delicious, melt in your mouth kugel. It can be made ahead and reheated.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cream cheese, creamed well
- 1/2 pound fine noodles, cooked
- 1/4 pound melted buter
- 4 - eggs, separated
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make cream cheese kugel

Step 1Pour melted butter over cooked noodles.

Step 2Add creamed cream cheese. Add beaten egg yolks and add sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Step 3Mix well and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Step 4Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours in 2 quart greased casserole dish or until brown.
