1in a 4 quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, turn slow cooker to high and add cream cheese and butter.
2cook until cheese and butter melt. stir. add corn, white pepper and a dash of salt. cover and cook on low for 1-1/2 - 2 hours.
