Ingredients

  • 3 c
    apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 c
    cranberries, fresh
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted
  • ·
    chopped pecans

How to Make Cranberry Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine apples, cranberries and sugar and place in casserole dish.
  2. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and melted butter or margarine.
  3. Spread over cranberry mixture in casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with as many pecans as you wish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1hr.
