Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can cream style corn, 15 oz.
- 1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
- 1 can evaporated milk, 6 oz.
- 1/2 - chopped onion, 1/4 c - 1/3 c
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
- 12 ounces shredded cheese; monterey jack, colby, cheddar, etc.
- 4 tablespoons butter, cubed
How To Make cracker corn pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Grease 13 X 9 pan.

Step 2Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl.. Stir in whole kernel corn (do not drain) and cream-style corn. Add evaporated milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in crackers and shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until set. Let stand a few minutes and enjoy!
