1 1/2 cuncooked medium shell pasta
1 largeonion, chopped
1 mediumgreen pepper, chopped
3celelry ribs, chopped
12 ozcan evaporated milk
1/2 can(s)mayonnaise dressing
1 tspground mustard
1 tspworcestershire sauce
2 1/2 ozcan sliced ripe olives, drained
2 pkg(8 oz. each) immiation crabmeat, flaked
How to Make Crab Casserole
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in the salt, mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Drain pasta; add the pasta along with olives, crab and vegetables to the milk mixture.
- Transfer to greased shallow 2- qt. baking dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
- yield: 6 servings
** Optional -- last 10 minutes I top with italian bread crumbs and bake it off.
