crab casserole

I just recently started eating crab meat. I've found recipe for Patties and this casserole. This is great, an 8th grader that I pick up from school once in awhile love the pattie and casserole. He calls the patties (Crabbie Patties).. this is his most requested dish .. till this casserole. He loves both. When he requests he says surprise me with either.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3 - celelry ribs, chopped
- 12 ounces can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can mayonnaise dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 ounces can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) immiation crabmeat, flaked
How To Make crab casserole

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in the salt, mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Drain pasta; add the pasta along with olives, crab and vegetables to the milk mixture.

Step 3Transfer to greased shallow 2- qt. baking dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.

Step 4yield: 6 servings ** Optional -- last 10 minutes I top with italian bread crumbs and bake it off.
