Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken quarters
- 2 pounds jimmy dean breakfast sausage
- 2 large onions
- 3 sprigs celery
- 1 stick butter
- 4 packages cornbread
- 2 tablespoons tony's seasoning

Step 1Bake Cornbread one day and let sit overnight to dry out a bit...Crumble

Step 2Boil chicken quarters, onions, celery and Tony's Seasoning in large stockpot of water. After cooked, let chicken cool, then pick off bones. Chop into bite size pieces. Cook sausage until browned and cooked. Mix chicken meat and sausage with cornbread. Add stick of butter. Pour broth from cooking chicken into cornbread until moist enough. Put in pan and bake until browned.

Step 3This will make alot of dressing. I usually make this a week before Thanksgiving and freeze enough for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
