Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can whole corn kernels, drained
- 1 can corn, cream style
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make cornbread casseole

Step 1Saute onion and green pepper in 1/2 cup butter.

Step 2Mix onion and peppers with all other ingredients.

Step 3Place in greased casserole dish - 8 X 8 inches

Step 4Top with the 1 cup grated cheese.

Step 5Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until firm.

Step 6Double this recipe and it fits into a 13 X 9 inch casserole dish.
