I stumbled across this recipe and it was perfect for the kids that do not like vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15 oz
  • 1 can creamed corn 15 oz
  • 1 box corn muffin mix. 8.5 oz
  • 1 ounce sour cream

How To Make cornbread cassarole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C )
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix and sour cream.
  • Step 3
    Fold all ingredients together, pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for an hour.
