Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/2 c
    french's fried onions
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 1 can(s)
    mexican style corn
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix

How to Make Corn Spoon Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray non stick spray into a 2 Qt casserole dish.
    Pre hear oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients together
  3. Pour into dish
  4. Bake for 40 mins.
    Add more cheddar cheese and fried onions on the top and bake another 5 mins or until cheese in melted
