Joann asked me if I had her recipe for this casserole when she was preparing to make her Thanksgiving dinner 2020. I told her no, but if she found it I would be happy to add it to the JAP recipes. She texted it to me as soon as she found it! :)

- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn

Step 1Combine first 3 ingredients in pan, slowly add milk and stir until all the milk is added in, over med heat. It will form into a thick cream. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add to pan and stir thoroughly. Add both cans of corn, stir again. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
