This is my mother's recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, cream-style
  • 1 can corn, canned
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 jar pimento (2oz)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
