Ingredients
- 1 can corn, cream-style
- 1 can corn, canned
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 jar pimento (2oz)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
