This is another recipe by Madelyn Young. It is a good dish for pot-luck suppers as well as family gatherings. Madelyn added this note: "You can half this recipe for a smaller casserole. I do this quite often just for Robin and me. You will still need to bake it on 350 degrees for 40 minutes, though."

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 4 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 - small jar diced pimento, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup mexian cornbread mix (use the full envelope of martha white mix)
- - grated cheese
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish (11" by 13"). Top with grated cheese.
