1 - 15 oz can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained
1 - 15 oz can(s)
cream style corn
eggs, beaten
1 - 8 oz
carton sour cream
jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick
scant diced green pepper or small can diced green chilis

How to Make Corn Casserole


  • 1Place stick of margarine in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over stick of margarine.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
