Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 - 15 oz cans cream style corn
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 - 8 oz - carton sour cream
- 1 - jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine
- - scant diced green pepper or small can diced green chilis
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Place stick of margarine in the bottom of a round casserole dish.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over stick of margarine.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
