Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 - 15 oz cans cream style corn
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 - 8 oz - carton sour cream
  • 1 - jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • - scant diced green pepper or small can diced green chilis

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Place stick of margarine in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over stick of margarine.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
