Ingredients

whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can(s)
cream corn
1
8oz package of corn muffin mix prefer jiffy
1 c
sour cream
1/2 stick
butter melted
1-1 1/2 c
shredded chedder cheese

How to Make Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the chedder cheese
  • 3Put into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. Add cheese to top and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • 4Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
