Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 - 8oz package of corn muffin mix prefer jiffy
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1-1 1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the chedder cheese
  • Step 3
    Put into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. Add cheese to top and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Step 4
    Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
