Ingredients
- - 1 15 1/2 oz can whole kernel corn drained
- - 1 15 oz can cream style corn
- - 1cup sour cream
- - 1/2 cup melted butter ( 1 stick)
- - 1 8 oz package corn muffin mix
- - 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño peppers optional
- - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Make corn bread casserole with peppers

Step 1Per heat oven to 350 and grease a 9" square pan

Step 2Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into your prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 mins a toothpick should come out clean. Serve while still warm .
