This is a recipe I got from a friend of mine. The funny story is that I do not like corn or cornbread, but I will eat this. I have a modified recipe that I have made where it is cheesy/savory, but the original recipe deserves its due, since it got me to eat corn! Trust me, this is good stuff!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    creamed style corn large
  • 1 can(s)
    whole corn drained large
  • 1
    sour cream 8 oz
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix 8 oz

How to Make Corn Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. lightly grease 9x13 pan.
  3. in large bowl mix everything together EXCEPT cornbread mix until well blended.
  4. Add cornbread mix and stir to blend in and pour mixture into pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
