This is a recipe I got from a friend of mine. The funny story is that I do not like corn or cornbread, but I will eat this. I have a modified recipe that I have made where it is cheesy/savory, but the original recipe deserves its due, since it got me to eat corn! Trust me, this is good stuff!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed style corn large
  • 1 can whole corn drained large
  • 1 - sour cream 8 oz
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix 8 oz

How To Make corn bake

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    lightly grease 9x13 pan.
  • Step 3
    in large bowl mix everything together EXCEPT cornbread mix until well blended.
  • Step 4
    Add cornbread mix and stir to blend in and pour mixture into pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 45 minutes.
