This is a great dish to make quickly and serve with rice or a side salad.

  • 2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2 c
    chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 1 can(s)
    crunchy chinese noodles
  • 1/2 c
    almonds, chopped or sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    optional: sliced mushrooms

How to Make Chinese Chicken


  1. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of noodles
  2. Pour in casserole and top with noodles. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
