Ingredients
- 2 pounds longhorn shredded cheese
- 2 cans chopped green chilies (4 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 12 - eggs, well beaten
- - paprika
How To Make chili con queso

Step 1Spread 1/2 cheese in 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Sprinkle chopped chilies and onion evenly. Add remaining cheese. Be sure eggs are well beaten. Pour over cheese, chili and onion mixtures. Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool slightly and cut in squares. Serve hot or cold. This also freezes well. Serves 24.
