Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 1/3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 pound chicken livers
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- - pinch of basil
How To Make chicken liver and rice casserole

Step 1Boil chicken livers until done. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Saute' onion in margarine until tender. Add to rice. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine livers, rice, soup, milk, and basil. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
