chicken livers
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
pinch of basil

How to Make Chicken Liver and Rice Casserole


  • 1Boil chicken livers until done. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Saute' onion in margarine until tender. Add to rice. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine livers, rice, soup, milk, and basil. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
