Ingredients
- 1 - (8 ounce) package cream cheese,cut into cubes
- 1 - (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make cheesy wild rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.Add cubed cream cheese.

Step 2In a medium saucepan,bring a boil.Mix in wild rice,cover and remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 3In a large skillet,add margarine and sliced mushrooms over medium-high heat,saute for 5 minutes.Stir in parmesan cheese.Set aside.

Step 4In the prepared casserole dish,mix the prepared wild rice,soup,honey mustard,carrot,onion,sauteed mushrooms and cheeses.

Step 5Bake,covered,for 20 minutes.Stir the mixture.Cover;bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until rice is tender.Stir again.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
