Ingredients

2 large onions
2 packages frozen potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons butter

How To Make cheesy potato casserole

Step 1

Dice onions and place in a skillet with butter. Cook until brown.

Step 2

Add frozen potatoes to onions and season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 10 mins or until potatoes start to thaw.
Step 3

Place in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 375*
