Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 2 packages frozen potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make cheesy potato casserole

Step 1Dice onions and place in a skillet with butter. Cook until brown.

Step 2Add frozen potatoes to onions and season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 10 mins or until potatoes start to thaw.

Step 3Place in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 375*
