How to Make Cheesy Corn and Rice Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Mix the rice, soup, 1 cup of cheese, corn, and butter.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
