This is a super simple casserole that's a perfect side for any meal!

  • 1 pkg
    yellow rice mix (5oz.)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar

How to Make Cheesy Corn and Rice Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Mix the rice, soup, 1 cup of cheese, corn, and butter.
  4. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
