This is a super simple casserole that's a perfect side for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow rice mix (5oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar

How To Make cheesy corn and rice casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Step 3
    Mix the rice, soup, 1 cup of cheese, corn, and butter.
  • Step 4
    Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Step 5
    Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
