- 1 package yellow rice mix (5oz.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
How To Make cheesy corn and rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.

Step 2Cook rice according to package directions.

Step 3Mix the rice, soup, 1 cup of cheese, corn, and butter.

Step 4Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 5Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
