cheesy corn and green bean casserole
This casserole is an easy way to get my kids to eat their vegetables! Sometimes I don't need a big 9 x 13 pan, so I cut the recipe in half and make it in a 1.5 qt casserole. Cheesy deliciousness!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This a great side dish for the holidays or a potluck any time of the year. The unusual combination of green beans and sweet corn pair perfectly with the creamy, cheesy filling. The buttery Ritz crackers are crunchy and a great topping. This may be a new tradition on your holiday table.
