- 1/4 pound smoked bacon, sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 - 28 oz cans pork and beans
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1/4-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 pound velveeta, cubed
How To Make cheese & molasses beans

Step 1Fry bacon, pour off all but 3-4 T fat. Fry onion and garlic until tender, add beans, sugar to taste, molasses and steak sauce and mix. Simmer 30-35 min. Crumble bacon and add with cheese before serving.

Step 2If taking this mix sugar, molasses and steak sauce for easy traveling. Also, soft cheese melts faster.
